Andy Moose
Andy Moose has over 25 years of work experience in various leadership and consulting roles. Andy is currently the Head of Health and Wellness at the World Economic Forum, where they engage political, business, and academic leaders to shape global, regional, and industry agendas. Prior to this, Moose served as the Head of Retail, Consumer and Lifestyle Industries at the World Economic Forum.
Before joining the World Economic Forum, Moose worked as a Vice President at The North Highland Company, a global consulting company. In this role, they focused on business technology strategy design and alignment, technology implementation, and operational readiness for clients across diverse industries.
Moose also has experience as a Senior Business Consultant at Retek/Oracle, where they managed the design, development, and delivery of a supply chain planning software product for retailers in Europe and the USA. Earlier in their career, they held management positions at Collaborex and Kurt Salmon, where they provided strategy and technology consulting services to retail and consumer products companies.
Moose began their career as the IT Director for the national distributor of Nike products in Paraguay, where they led the design, development, and delivery of an ERP system and implemented a custom POS system chain-wide.
Andy Moose attended Western Branch High School from 1986 to 1990. After completing high school, they enrolled at Duke University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from 1990 to 1994. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at Georgia State University – J. Mack Robinson College of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they completed a Masters in International Management at the University of Paris (Sorbonne) – Institut d’Administration des Entreprises from 2005 to 2006.
